Rates apply to properties that are clean, accessible and photo-ready at the scheduled appointment time. Size, occupancy, condition, access and additional services may change the final quote.

Photographed as presented. When possible and specifically included, light virtual cleanup is limited to three small items, each approximately 12 × 12 inches or less, at Property MediaLab’s discretion.

Basic image processing supports overall image quality. It does not include object removal, furniture removal, virtual cleanup, virtual staging, renovation edits, repairs, landscaping edits, sky replacement, deep retouching or repeated revisions.
