01 / Standard service
Professional interior and exterior photography with basic image processing for overall image quality. Final files are supplied through a private, password-protected online gallery.
Eligible vacant apartments up to 2,000 sq ft start at $150.
02 / Custom quote
Aerial perspectives can establish the property, grounds and surrounding context. Flight scope, location, access, conditions and required deliverables are reviewed before confirmation.

03 / Custom quote
Professionally produced property films designed to communicate layout, movement and atmosphere. The production approach and final formats depend on the project.

04 / Custom quote
Exterior photography planned around evening light to present architecture, landscape and illuminated spaces with a distinct atmosphere.
Availability and scope confirmed before work begins.
05 / Additional service
Virtual staging for eligible empty apartments starts at an additional $50. Furnished, occupied, larger or complex requests require a custom quote.
Separate from standard photography unless confirmed in writing.
06 / Additional service
Basic processing is part of standard photography. Object removal, virtual cleanup, staging changes, deep retouching and post-delivery revisions are outside that basic scope.
Post-delivery changes are $25 per image; other work is assessed by scope.
Delivery
Final images are delivered through a private, password-protected gallery and remain downloadable for 30 days. Standard 24–48 hour turnaround applies only to eligible, clean, vacant, photo-ready properties after payment; specialist or custom work may take longer.
